Op 27 mei 2017 vindt de bijzondere trekking van de Staatsloterij plaats. U kunt zich tot en met 20 mei 2017 aanmelden om mee te doen. Dat kan gratis als u in de periode tussen het jaar 2000 en het jaar 2007 mee hebt gespeeld met de Staatsloterij.
Gedurende deze jaren heeft de Staatsloterij u namelijk onjuist voorgelicht over de winkansen. De winkansen waren in werkelijkheid namelijk een stuk lager dan dat de Staatsloterij u voorspiegelde. Gedupeerde loterijspelens zijn daarom naar de rechter gestapt. De rechter heeft het na jarenlange juridische discussies gelijk gegeven.
Staatsloterij compenseert met extra loterij
De Staatsloterij moet elke deelnemer dus vergoeden. In beginsel moet het aankoopbedrag van de loten teruggegeven worden. Dat loopt in de honderden miljoenen euro’s. Ook is het natuurlijk best een opgave om alle klanten afzonderlijk te compenseren.
Klanten hebben zich wel verenigd in een aantal belangengroepen. Een van deze groepen heeft met de Staatsloterij een praktische oplossing uitgewerkt voor het voldoen van de compensatie. De Staatsloterij organiseert een bijzondere trekking waaraan alle gedupeerden gratis mee mogen doen. In totaal zit er 13,5 miljoen euro in de prijzenpot.
Het meedoen aan deze loterij is gratis, maar betekent wel dat u moet kunnen bewijzen dat u tussen 2000 en 2007 mee hebt gedaan aan de Staatsloterij. Ook dient u af te zien van verdere claims tegen de Staatsloterij.
Wat kunt u winnen met de Bijzondere Trekking Staatsloterij?
In totaal worden er 11.145 prijzen weggegeven. De kans dat u niets wint, is dus aanwezig, want er zijn honderdduizenden loten in het spel. Hier dient u dus wel rekening mee te houden bij het maken van de beslissing of u meedoet aan deze Bijzondere Trekking Staatsloterij.
De prijzentabel ziet er als volgt uit:
- 5 hoofdprijzen van elk 1 miljoen euro
- 15 prijzen van € 250.000
- 125 prijzen van € 10.000
- 1.000 prijzen van € 1.000
- 10.000 prijzen van € 250
