Het net rondom Ferdy Roet lijkt zich steeds verder te sluiten. De man die grof geld verdiende met Staatsloterij-ezels die zich voor de tweede keer aan dezelfde steen hebben gestoten, zit aardig in de problemen. De rechter oordeelde dat een externe partij bij de Stichting Loterijverlies orde op zaken moet stellen. Ferdy Roet blijkt namelijk van het ingezamelde geld vooral zelf de ‘big shot’ uitgehangen te hebben.
Een journalist van De Telegraaf wordt door Roet voor de rechter gesleept. Een wrakingsverzoek van de rechtbank door Roet werd vandaag afgewezen en gisteren kon Roet zich niet meer beheersen en viel hij in de rechtbank de advocaat van de tegenpartij fysiek aan. Deze advocaat deed aangifte, waardoor dit incident voor Roet nog wel een staartje krijgt.
Wrakingsverzoek van Ferdy Roet afgewezen
Roet had maar liefst drie rechters gewraakt. Deze rechters hadden Roet afgezet als bestuurder van de Stichting Loterijverlies en een interim-bestuurder aangewezen om orde op zaken te stellen. Deze interim-bestuurder, Erik van den Emster, heeft vooral de opdracht om de geldstromen van de Stichting Loterij verlies in kaart te brengen. Er is een breed gedragen vermoeden dat Ferdy Roet vooral zichzelf heeft verrijkt met Loterijverlies.
Volgens Ferdy Roet is deze Erik van den Emster niet te vertrouwen. Hij zou bovendien nauwe banden hebben met een van de drie rechters die hebben bepaald dat Ferdy Roet voorlopig even niet aan de touwtjes trekt bij Loterijverlies. Voor Roet is het daarom duidelijk: deze rechters zijn absoluut niet onpartijdig en moeten dus van de zaak gehaald worden.
De wrakingskamer wees het verzoek van Ferdy Roet af. Hierop wil Roet de wrakingskamer wraken. Volgens Ferdy Roet kennen Erik van den Emster en Leendert Saarloos, de voorzitter van de wrakingskamer in Alkmaar, elkaar immers. Aan het begin van deze eeuw werkte Saarloos namelijk in de Rotterdamse rechtbank en daar werkte Erik van den Emster ook.
Ferdy Roet slaat om zich heen
Letter en figuurlijk. Ook gisteren beleefde Ferdy Roet niet bepaald een succesvolle ddag in de rechtbank. Roet stond in de rechtbank tegenover mensen die geld hebben ingelegd in zijn stichting Loterijverlies. Deze mensen waren al eens beentje gelicht door de Staatsloterij en zijn nu ook opgelicht door Ferdy Roet. Na jaren hebben deze mensen eindelijk door dat Roet vooral druk was met het ingelegde geld zelf op te maken in plaats van de strijden voor hun zaak.
In totaal 200.000 mensen hebben geld ingelegd om zich aan te sluiten bij Loterijverlies. Kassa voor Roet dus. In de rechtbank diende wederom een strijd over het aanstellen van interim-bestuurder van den Emster. De zaak liep kennelijk niet zo lekker voor Roet. Hij ging namelijk de advocaat van de tegenpartij te lijf en heeft de beste man ook bedreigd. De politie moest er aan te pas komen om Roet tot bedaren te brengen. De advocaat gaat aangifte doen tegen Roet.
